Information you give us
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The service address and details about the job, including your description and availability
- Photos and videos you upload of the work to be done
- Your contact preference (email or text) and a record of the consent you gave
Information collected automatically
- How you found us — for example the website or ad campaign that referred you (referrer and “UTM” campaign tags) and the first page you visited
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which our hosting provider records to operate and secure the site
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the amount and payment status.

- To assign and coordinate a handyman for your job
- To process payments and keep business and tax records

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- Handymen who perform your job receive your name, service address, contact details, and job information.
- Service providers that operate parts of our business on our behalf, including website hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), bot protection (Cloudflare), and technology providers, including Google, that help us review job photos and descriptions when preparing estimates.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or others.
Text messages
If you choose to receive your estimate by text and agree to receive messages, we will text you about your quote, estimate, and job updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or sell or share your information for targeted advertising. The site uses browser storage to remember how you arrived (for example a campaign link) so we can attribute your quote request, and essential cookies to keep staff signed in. Payment and bot-protection providers may set cookies needed for their services to work.
How long we keep information
We keep quote, job, and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to stop emailing you.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
