Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use yellowriverhandyman.com, request a quote, or book work with Yellow River Handyman ATL (“we,” “us”). By submitting a request or paying for a job, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Quote requests

Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to anything. Please give accurate information and upload photos or videos that fairly show the work needed — our estimate is based on what you send us. You must be at least 18 and authorized to request work at the service address.

Estimates

  • An estimate is our price for the work as described and shown in your request.
  • Estimates are valid for 14 days unless we tell you otherwise.
  • If conditions on site differ materially from what was described or shown, or you ask for additional work, we will explain the change and agree on any price difference with you before doing that work.
  • Nothing is booked until you accept an estimate and complete payment.

Payment

Payment is taken online through Stripe when you accept an estimate. Prices are in US dollars. You agree to pay using a payment method you are authorized to use.

Scheduling, cancellations, and refunds

After payment we will contact you to schedule the work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account any work already performed or materials already purchased.

Access and safety

Please make sure the work area is accessible and safe at the scheduled time, and let us know about hazards, pets, or anything else our team should be aware of. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe is unsafe or outside the scope of a handyman service or applicable licensing requirements.

Photos and videos you upload

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you send us. You give us permission to store, view, and use them to prepare your estimate and carry out and document your job. Only upload content you have the right to share, and please avoid capturing other people or sensitive personal information.

Communications

By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you about it by email and, if you opt in, by text message. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not misuse the website — for example by submitting false or spam requests, uploading harmful files, attempting to access areas you are not authorized to use, or interfering with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the job giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to requests made after the updated terms are posted.
